Danl J. Davis      }  
                   }  And now on this day came the parties by
their respective Attys and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the plaintiffs rights to recover it is ordered that
the plaintiff do have his judgment against the defendant by de-
fault and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages etc.
                    Dollars &                cents  It is ordered
considered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiffs  atty
do have & recover of and from the defendant the said sum
of                  Dollars &                cents
for his damages together with his costs in this behalf ex-
pended taxed at                              Dollars &
                    cents and the defendant in mercy &c

           }  And now in this day came the parties by their
respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or pre-
clusion of the plaintiffs rights to recover on motion of plaintiffs
Atty it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his judgment against
the defendant by default and the Clerk do assess the damages.
Whereupon the Clerk daving assessed the damages at
Thirty Dollars & Ninety Six cents
for his damages  It is Ordered considered & adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of Thirty Dollars
& Ninety Six cents for his damages together with his costs
in this behalf expended taxed at Six Dollars &
Seventy four cents and the defendant in mercy &c
