        Friday  May 13th  1859
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of    
              Dollars &                cents for his
damages together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at          dollars &
                  cents  the defendant in mercy &c

                 }  And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective attornies, and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or in preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover On motion
of Plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgement against the defendant by default and that
the Clerk do assess his damages whereupon the Clerk having
assessed his damages at       Twenty two
  Dollars &  Twenty seven      cents  It is ordered consi-
dered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have &
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of 
  Twenty two      Dollars & Twenty seven     Cents for 
his damages together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at     Four     Dollars & 
Eighty three cents  and the defendant in mercy &c

Clerk do assess his damages.  Whereupon the Clerk having ass-
essed the damages at        Dollars
