the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the dam-
ages, whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at      
  Seventy Six                 Dollars & Ninety             cents  
It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the plain-
tiff do have & recover of and from the Defendant the said sum of
  Seventy six                     Dollars & Ninety         cents 
for his damages together with his cost in this behalf expended
taxed at     Four         Dollars & Eighty three           cents
and the defendant in mercy &c

                 }  And on this day came the parties by their
respective Attrnys, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover. On motion of the plaintiffs attor-
ney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess his
damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed his damages at
     Seventy                                  Dollars & Fifty three
                          Cents  it is ordered considered and adjud-
ged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of     Seventy
                       Dollars & Fifty three      Cents for his dam-
ages together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed
at       Four                 Dollars & Eighty three
Cents  and the defendant in mercy &c

     Twenty seven       Dollars & Sixty                 Cents
for his damages together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at     Four     Dollars & Seven Cents
