                    Friday  May 13th  1859

William W. Scott }     Bernard
        vs       }     Debt
James F. Burnett }  And now on this day came the parties by  
their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion
of plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered considered that the
plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant by
default, and that the Clerk do assess his damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed his damages at
One hundred & twenty                    Dollars & Fifteen
                        Cents.  It is ordered Considered & adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of one hundred &
twenty                 Dollars & Fifteen                  Cents for
his damages together with his Costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Five                 dollars &      Seven
     Cents and the defendant in mercy &c

their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion
of Plaintiffs right to recover attorney it is ordered that the
plaintiff do have and recover his Judgement against the
defendant by default, and that the Clerk do assess
the damages  Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
