attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judge-
ment against the defendant by default and that the Clerk
do have assess his damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed
his damages at                                         Dollars &
                             Cents  It is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the defendant the said sum of   
                       Dollars &                           Cents 
for his damages together with his Costs in this behalf expended
taxed                                  Dollars & 
              Cents  and the defendant in mercy &c

      vs         }  Debt
Francis R. Polk  }  And now on this day came the parties by their 
respective attornies, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of plaintiffs
attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the defendant by default and that the Clerk do
assess his damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at                                              Dollars &
                             Cents.  It is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and

the Clerk having assessed the damages at Thirty Eight
                      Dollars &  Nineteen
          Cents  It is ordered Considered & adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of Thirty Eight    
   Dollars &  Nineteen              Cents for his damages
together with his Costs in this behalf Expended taxed 
         Five                  Dollars  & seventy five
      Cents  and the defendant in mercy &c
