  Friday May 13th 1859
by default and that the Clerk do assess his dama
=ges Whereupon the Clerk having assessed his damages
at                                          dollars &
               Cents It is ordered Considered &
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have &
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
                      dollars &
               Cents for his damages together with
his Costs in this behalf Expended taxed
                 dollars &
           Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

Came the parties by their respective attornies, and the
defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover on Motion of Plaintiffs attorney
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the defendant by default and that the Clerk 
do assess his damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed his damages at
                       dollars &
            Cents it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have &
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
