in this behalf Expended taxed at

defendant in Mercy &c

                    And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective Attornies and the Defendant saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to re
cover On Motion of plaintiffs Atty it is ordered that the 
plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defendant by 
default and the Clerk do assess his damages, Where-
upon the Clerk having assessed his damages at
 Seventy Eight           Dollars & Thirty Eight  cents 
It is ordered, Considered & adjudged by the Court that 
the plaintiff do have and recover of & from the defendant 
the said sum of Three                          Dollars 
& Thirty            cents for his damages in this behalf
expended taxed  together with his costs in this behalf 
expended taxed at              Dollars &            cents 
and the defendant in Mercy &c

                   And now on this day came the parties by 
their respective Attornies and the defendant saying no-
-thing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover 
On Motion of plaintiffs Atty it is ordered that the 
plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defendant 
by default and that the Clerk do assess his damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
                   Dollars &               cents 
It is Ordered considered & adjudged by the Court 
that the plaintiff do have &  recover of and from the de-
=fendant the said sum of                  Dollars & 
             cents for his damages together with his 
costs in this behalf expended taxed at
       Dollars and cents
