       vs        }  Asst
John C. Hague    }
                 }  And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attys and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or pleclusion of the plaintiffs right to
recover On Motion of the plaintiff Atty it is Ordered
that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the defen
=dant by default And that the Clerk do Assess the damage
Whereupon the Clerk having Assessed the damages at
   Twenty six            Dollars & Seventeen        cents
It is Ordered considered & adjudged by the Court
That the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the de
=fendant by default and that the Clerk do Assess the dam
=ages Whe an recover of and from the defendant the said
sum of                      Dollars &                cents
For his damages together with his cost in this behalf expen-
-ded taxed at     Five         Dollars & Forty two     cents
And the defendant in mercy &c

nothing in bar or preclusion of plaintiffs rights to recover
On motion of plaintiffs Atty It is Ordered that the plain-
=tiff do have his Judgement against the defendant by
default and that the Clerk do assess the damages Where-
=upon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Seventy
    Eight           Dollars & 14 Fourteen         cents
It is ordered considered & adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the de-
-fendant the said sum of                          Dollars
                    cents For his damages together
with his cost in this behalf expended taxed at
           Five        Dollars & Thirty five       cents
and the defendant in mercy &c  ----
