the parties by their respective Attorneys and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right
to recover on motion of the plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered
that the plaintiff do have his judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk
do assess the damage Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at One hundred & fifty three Dollars
forty five Cents It is ordered, considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the defendant
the Said Sum Dollars
Cents For his damages
together with his cost in this behalf expended
taxed at Six Dollars Twelve
Cents and the defendant in
