begun & held at Gainesville for the County of Alachua

The following Jurors good & lawful men were there drawn accor
=ding to law to Serve as Grand Jurors viz
The Grand Jurors having returned Solicited as their foreman
Fern Underwood who was appointed as Such by the Court
and duly Sworn The Grand Jury were then Sworn and the
Court thereupon delivered to charge Thomas D. Massey was
duly Sworn to attend the Grand Jurors the present Term of the
Court Whereupon the Grand Jury retired attended by their Baliff
to their room -- The following Jurors were excused for the
