And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys and the defendant saying
nothing in Bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover
on motion of Plaintiff attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by
default and the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed at Sixty five
Dollars and Cents it is ordered Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the defendant the
said sum of Sixty five Dollars and
Cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
Six Dollars and forty Cents and the
defendant in Mercy &c
