Daniel R. June } And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and also came a Jury to
wit
who being duly elicited tried & Sworn well & truly to try the issue
Joined by the parties after hearing the testimony of witness the argu
ment of Council and the charge of the Court, retired to consider
of their verdict and thereafter to wit on the Same day
returned into Court and rendered the following
verdict Viz We the Jury find for the defendant

Daniel R. June } And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of Plaintiffs right
to recover, on motion of Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered
that the Plaintiff do have his Judgment against the
defendant by default, and that the Clerk do assess
the damages; Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Dollars
& cents, it is ordered, considered and
adjudged by the court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover from and of the defendant, the said
Sum of Dollars cents for
his damages, together with his cost in this behalf
Expended taxed at Dollars cents
and the defendant in mercy &c
