      Thursday April 12th 1860

State of Florida }   Solicitor
       vs        }  Assault with intent to Kill
Robert R. Hines  }  Continued to next term of this Court and
the defendant Recognized in the Sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars
for his appearance at the next term of the Court Peter Sparkman &
Joseph J. Mickle appeared in open Court & acknowledged themselves
to stand indebted to the State of Florida in the Sum of One hundred & Twenty five
dollars Each to be levied of their respective goods & chattles Slaves
land & Tenements if default be made in the following Condition that is
to say if the Said Robert R. Hines Shall be and appear at the next
term of the Court to answer an Indictment for an assault with
intent to Kill and Shall not hence depart the Court without
leave thereof then this obligation to be null & void otherwise to
remain in full force & virtue

                     In the Circuit Court of the Suwannee
Circuit of Florida in the Spring Term 1860
                                            Know all Men by
these presents that at the present Sitting of the Court Absalom
C. Clark &         Fitzgerrald made their applications
for leave to practice in the Several Courts of Law & Equity in the State
Whereupon the said Absalom C. Clark &
Fitzgerrald having given Satisfactory evidence of good morell
Character and having been Examined in open Court & having
been found well acquainted and Skilled in the laws he was
admitted by the Court to all the privileges of an attorney and
Solicitor in the Several Courts of law and Equity in the State
                                    In testimony Whereof the presiding
                                    Judge has hereunto set his hand
                                    with the Seal of the Court annexed
                                    this 12th day of April A.D. 1860
