wit on the 8th day of October A.D. 1860 begun & held
at Gainesville for the County of Alachua

                           There having been a failure to Summ
=ons Jurors agreeably to Law, it is ordered that a venire
facias be issued returnable immediately Commencing &
the Sheriff to Summons Thirty Nine Jurors to attend at this
term of the Court                     B.A. Putnam
