                    And now on this day came as well the
Solicitor of State of Florida Saml B. McLin Esqr who prosecutes
the pleas of the State in this behalf and the defendant
in person and his Attorney Jesse T. Bernard
    the said defendant pleads not guilty there
upon a Jury to wit





were examined as witness on behalf of the State and
the said Jury having heard the evidence and the argument
of Council and the Charge of the Court and retired
out of court to consider of their verdict and after
remaining out a few days minutes returned into the Court
and rendered the following verdict We the Jury find the
defendant not guilty

                       And now on this day came as well

the pleas of the State in this behalf and the defendant in person and 
his Attorney Thaddeus McDonell and the said defendant pleads not 
guilty Thereupon came a Jury to wit





                              were examined as witness on behalf of 
the State and the said Jury having heard the evidence and 
the argument of Council and the Charge of the Court and 
retired out of court to consider of their verdict and after
remaining out a few minutes returned into the Court
and rendered the following verdict We the Jury find 
the defendant not guilty
