          Thursday May 13th  1858
Forty     Cents it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the said Sum of One hundred & forty three dollars
forty     Cents for his damages together with his Cost in
this behalf Expended Taxed at one hundred & forty three four dollars
forty Thirty   Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

                         And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attorney and the defendant Saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion of
plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the defendant by default and that the
Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed 
the damages One hundred & twelve    dollars   Eight
            Cents it is ordered Considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the said Sum of                     dollars
                 Cents for his damages together with his
damages Together with his Costs in this behalf expended
taxed at  at Six  -------------    dollars twelve
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
