  Thursday May 13th  1858
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
Eighty Six      dollars   forty five       Cents it is 
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that the 
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant the said 
Sum of Eighty Six   dollars forty five  cents for his dam
=ages together with his cost in this behalf expended taxed 
at Five     dollars Seventy five  cents and the defendant 
in Mercy &c

And now on this day came the parties by their respective attornies
and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the 
plaintiffs right to recover on motion of plaintiffs attorney, it is 
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the 
defendant by default, and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages One hundred
& nine dollars       Cents It is ordered and adjudged by the Court 
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant 
the said Sum of  one hundred & nine  dollars          Cents for his dam-
-ages together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at  
Three    dollars Seventy five   Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

Eighty  Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
