The petition of James C. Pelot respectfully
showeth unto your honor that he is desirous to apply for
admission to practice in the Court of Law of this State
and full confidence that he is qualified to be admitted
as aforesaid and therefore prays that your honor
may appoint such Committee to examine unto his
qualification as may appear necessary and such
further matters as may appear right and proper to your
