And now on this day Came the
plaintiff by Dawkins his Attorneys and it
appearing that there was no plea on the part of
the defendant it was ordered and a creed that
Judgement entered against the defendant
and thereupon it is adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the defendant the sum of
Three thousand Nine hundred & Eighteen Dollars
Fifty three -- Cents assessed by the Clerk
for his damages for the nonpayment of
his said debt together with his cost
in this behalf expended taxed at
Five Dollars
Cents and that the defendant
be forever barred and pricluded from all
equity of redemption in and to the property
mentioned in said mortgage and the
defendant in mercy &c

And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying in bar or preclusion of plaintiffs rights to recover
in motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that
the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant
by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages
whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Dollars Cents it is
ordered consider and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the defendant the
said sum of Dolls
Cent for his damages together with his cost
in this behalf expended taxed at Dollars
Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
