And now on this day came the par
=ties by their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
on motion of the plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his Judgement against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at Sixty four
dollars & Sixty Cents it is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of & from the defend
ant the Said Sum of Sixty four Dollars Sixty
Cents for his damages together with his Cost
in this behalf Expended taxed at Seven dolls
Twenty & Cents and the defendant in mercy &c

Whereupon the Clerk having having assessed the dama-
-ges at One hundred & thirteen Dollars & Seventy Six Cents
it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the Said Sum of One hundred & thirteen
------ Dollars & Seventy Six Cents for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf Expended taxed
at Seven Dolls & Twenty Cents and
the defendant in mercy &c
