And now on this day Came the parties
by their respective Attornies and the defendant saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff said action
thereof against him it is ordered by the Court that
the said plaintiff do have his Judgement against the
the said defendant by default and that the
Clerk do assess the damages Whereof the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Two hundred & Seventy
five Dollars Cents it is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
said defendant the said sum of Two hundred & Seventy
five Dollars cents for
his damages together with his cost in this behalf
expended taxed ^$535 at and the defendant in Mercy
&c

Dollars Thirty nine Cents and the
