Oliver Bryant } And now on this day Came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion
of Plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judge
=ment against the defendant and that the Clerk do assess the dama
=ges Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at One
hundred & ten Dollars Thirty three
Cents it is ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
the Said Sum of One hundred & ten Dollars
Thirty three Cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at Seven
Dollars & Seventy four Cents and the defend
=ant in mercy &c
