And now on this day came the plaintiff
by his attorney and Croggan A. Ramsey & Moses Ramsey being
in default for the want of a plea, It is on Motion of Dawkins
Plffts Atty ordered adjudged and decreed that Plaintiff
do have a Judgment of the defendants for the Sum of five
Thousand One hundred and thirty nine Dollars & Seventy
Cents and that the defendants be barred and forever fore
=closed of all Equity of redemption on and to the described
premises and personal property in Said plaintiffs petition
mentioned and that Judgment be entered up and Execution
issue therefor

And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on Motion of
plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgment against the defendant and that the Clerk do
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at One hundred & Seventy three Dollars &
Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have his Judgment and
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
One hundred & Seventy three Dolls Cents
for his damages together with his Costs in this behalf
Expended Taxed at Six Dollars
Twenty Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
