Alachua County   }  At a regular term of the Circuit
Court of the Suwannee Circuit of Florida this day to
wit on the 14th day of October A.D. 1981 begin & held at
Gainesville for the County of Alachua

                                   There having been a
failure to Summons Jurors agreeably to law it is ordered
that a venire facias be issued returnable immediately
Commanding the Sheriff to Summons Thirty nine Jurors to
