And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to
recover on motion it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgement by default & that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the dam-
ages at One hundred & Sixty one dollars & Seven
Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the defendant the Said Sum of One hundred & Sixty
one Dolls & Seven Cents for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at
Five Dolls & ---- Cents
and the defendant in mercy &c
