And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right
to recover, it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
have his Judgement against the defendant by default
& that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
One hundred & Sixty two Dollars & Twenty five
Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the defendant the Said Sum of
Two hundred & Sixty two Dolls & Cents
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf
Expended taxed at Five Dolls &
Seventy five Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
