And now on this day Came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Thirteen ------------------------------------- Dolls &
Eighty Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the defendant the Said Sum of Thirteen
Dolls & Eighty Cents for
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend
ed taxed at Five Dolls &
Sixty Cents and the defendant in
Mercy &c
