           Monday Oct 14th 1861

                   And now on this day Came the parties by
their respective attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement 
against the defendant by default & that the Clerk do 
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having 
assessed the damages at Eighty four
 Dollars &  Eighty six         Cents it is ordered Considered 
& adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and 
recover of and from the defendant the Said Sum of 
    Eighty four            Dollars & Eighty Six   Cents for
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expended
taxed at Six                        dolls & Ten Cents and 
the defendant in Mercy &c      Recd one hundred and
five Dollars in full of principal Interest & cost on this Judgment

     Dollars &                 Cents and the defendant 
in mercy &c
