And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right
to recover it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed at
Fifty one Eighty two Dollars & Forty Eighty one Cents
it is ordered Considered & adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the Said Sum of Fifty one Eighty two
Dolls & Forty Eighty one Cents
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend taxed
Seven dollars & Ninety Cents
and the defendant in Mercy
