                   And now on this day came the parties by 
their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing 
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover it is 
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against 
the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Fifty one                           Dollars & Forty
------  --------   Cents it is ordered Considered & adju
dged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of 
and from the defendant the Said Sum of Fifty one
          dollars & Forty     Cents for his 
damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend taxed at
          Seven      dollars & Twenty     Cents 
and the defendant in Mercy

with his Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at 
             Seven     Dollars &  Ten
