And now on this day came the par
=ties by their respective Attornies, and the defendant Saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Seventy Seven Dollars &
Seventy two Cents it is ordered Considered &
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
defendant the
recover of and from the^Said Sum of Seventy Seven
Dollars & Seventy two
Cents for his damages together with his Cost in this
behalf Expended taxed at Six
Dollars & Eight Cents and the defend
=ant in mercy &c

for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf

& Eight Cents and the defendant in
