And now on this day came the parties
by their respective Attornies and the defendant Saying
nothing in Bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs rights
to recover it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the defendant by default & that the
Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at One hundred & Ninety four
Dollars & Forty two ---------- Cents it is ordered
considered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
One hundred & Ninety four Dollars & Forty two
Cents for his damages together with his
cost in this behalf Expend taxed at
Five Dolls -----------
Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
