And now on this day Came the parties
by their respective Attornies, and the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover it is ordered
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant
by default & that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred &
Seventy nine Dollars & Twenty Eight
Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of & from
the defendant the said sum of
Dollars & Cents
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend
taxed at Six Dollars &
Fifty five Cents and the defendant in
mercy &c
