And now on this day Came
the parties by
their respective Attornies & the defendant
Saying nothing in Bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover, it is ordered that the
plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant
by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Dollars &
Cents it is ordered Considered & adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
and recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
Dollars & Cents
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend
taxed at Dollars &
Cents and the defendant in mercy &c
