                     And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective Attornies and the defendant Saying noth
=ing in Bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover 
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against 
the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess the 
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
   Five hundred & Seventy two             Dollars & Three
                           Cents it is ordered Considered & 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and 
recover of and from the defendant the said Sum of            
                Dollars &                          Cents 
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf 
Expended taxed at      Five
                      Dolls & Seventy three        Cents and 
the defendant in mercy &c
