And now on this day Came the parties
by their respective attornies & the defendant Saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover, it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the
defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Eighty four Dollars
& Forty Cents it is ordered Considered
& adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendant the said Sum of
Dollars &
Cents for his damages together
with his Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at
Five Dollars & Fifty five
Cents and the defendant
in Mercy &c
