And now on this day Came the par
-ties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover, it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgement against the defendant by default & that the
Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Fifty
Dollars & Fifty Cents
it is ordered Considered & adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
the Said Sum of Fifty Dollars &
Fifty Cents for his damages together with his
Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at
Four Dollars & Sixty five Cents
and the defendant in Mercy &c

Dollars Eighty Eight Cents it is

the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the defendant
the Said Sum of One hundred & thirty two
Dollars Eighty Eight Cents for
his damages together with his Cost in this behalf
Expend taxed at Six Dollars
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
