And now on this day came the parties
by their respective attornies and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against
the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assessed the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
One hundred & two Dollars Thirty Six
Cents it is ordered considered & adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the defendant
the said sum of One hundred & two Dollars
Thirty Six Cents for his damages together
with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
Five Dollars fifty five Cents
and the defendant in mercy &cc

by default and that the Clerk do assessed the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Seventeen Dollars Ninety one
Cents it is ordered considered & adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of Seventeen
Dollars Ninety one Cents for his damages
together with his cost in this behalf Expended taxed at
Five Dollars
Cents and the defendant in mercy &cc
