admx &c And now on this day came the parties
by their respective Attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover it is ordered that the plaintiff do
have his Judgment against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One hundred
& Seventy three Dollars Twenty three Cents it is
ordered considered & adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
defendant the said sum of One hundred & Seventy three
Dollars Twenty three Cents for his
damages together with his cost in this behalf Expended
taxed at Six Dollars

Dollars Ninety two Cents it is
ordered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the defendant
the said sum of Fifty Nine Dollars
Ninety two Cents for his damages together with his
cost in this behalf Expended taxed at Six
Dollars
