And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attornies and the
defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs right to recover it is ordered that
the plaintiff do have his Judgment by def against
the defendant by default & that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Sixty Six Dollars Thirty
Cents it is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of
Sixty Six Dollars Thirty
Cents for his damages together with his cost in this behalf
Expended taxed at Five Dollars
Twelve Cents and the defendant in
mercy ccc
