                        And now on this day came the 
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right
to recover it is ordered that the plaintiff do have and
recover Judgment against the defendant by default
and that the Clerk do assess the damages at Sixteen hundred & thirty three Dollars
---------- Cents it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the court that that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the defendant the said sum of Sixteen hun
-dred & thirty three Dollars              Cents for his
damages together with his cost in this behalf Expend taxed at
       Eight         Dollars                          Cents
and the defendant in mercy &cc

parties by their respective attornies and the defendant saying
in bar or preclusion of plaintiffs right to recover it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his judgment against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred & thirty Six Dollars Seventy five    Cents it is ordered
considered and adjudged by the court that the plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the defendant the
said sum of One hundred & thirty Six Dollars Seventy five
Cents for his damages togeth with his cost in this behalf
Expend taxed at    Six                              Dollars
     Ten       Cents and the defendant in mercy &cc
