do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Sixty Seven 29/100 Dollars it is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defend
-ant the said Sum of Sixty Seven 29/100 Dollars for his damages
together with his Cost in this behalf expended taxed
at four dollars Seventy five Cents and the defendant in
Mercy &c
