And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of plaintiffs
right to recover it is ordered that the plaintiff do have
his Judgment against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at
Ninety four Dollars Thirteen Cents
it is ordered considered and adjudged by the court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of Ninety four Dollars
Thirteen Cents for his damages together with his
cost in this behalf Expended taxed at Six Dollars
Twenty Cents and the defendant in mercy &cc

Cents it is ordered considered and adjudged by the court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
the said sum of Two hundred & three Dollars five
Cents for his damages together with his cost in this behalf
Expended taxed at Five Dollars Ninety
Cents and the defendant in Mercy &cc
