} And now on this day came the parties by
their respective attornies and whereupon came a Jury to wit

who being duly Sworn well and truly to try the issue
Joined by the parties after hearing the Testimony of
witness the argument of Council, and the Charge of
the Court, retired to Consider of their verdict, and
thereafter to wit on the Same day returned into Court &
rendered the following verdict viz We the Jury find
for Plaintiff and assess his damages at Eighty nine dollars &
Sixty four Cents being principle & interest on said note
Whereupon it is ordered Considered & adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of the defendant
the said Sum of Eighty nine 64/100 dollars for his damages together
with his cost in this behalf taxed at Twenty one ---------
dollars & Seventy Eight Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
