Wm Rollins         } And now on this day came the parties 
by their respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing 
in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover on motion of 
plaintiffs attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his 
Judgement against the defendant by default and that 
the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having 
assessed the damages at Ninety Six
                 Dollars & Seventy five  
                   Cents it is ordered Considered and adjudged by 
the Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and 
from the defendant the said sum of Ninety Six
                 Dollars & Seventy five Cents for his 
damages together with his Cost taxed at Six    Dols   
& 25 Cents and the defendant in mercy &c

hundred & fifty Dolls for the Security each A.A. Maulden, G.P. Thomas,
John Little, T.W. McCaa, A. Matheson, Joseph A. Scott, Peter
Sparkman, Mitchell Kirkland, John R.W. Grissom appeared
in Open Court and acknowledged themselves to Stand indebted
to the State of Florida in the Sum of Ten thousand Dollars
that is to say A.A. Maulden in the sum of Ten Thousand Dolls
G.P. Thomas, John Little, T.W. McCaa, A. Matheson, Joseph A. Scott
Peter Sparkman, Mitchell Kirkland, & John R.W. Grissom in the Sum
of Twelve hundred & fifty Each to be levied of their Respective
goods & chattels, Slaves lands & tenements if default be made
in the following Condition, that is to say if the said A.A.
Maulden shall be and appear at the next term of the Court
to answer to an Indictment for Murder, and shall not thence
depart the Court without leave thereof, then this Obligation to be
null & void otherwise to remain in full force & virtue
