begun & held at Gainesville for the County of Alachua

There having been a failure of Jurors
to Serve it is Ordered that a Veniri facias be issued
under the act of the legislature approved 1846
returnable instanter there not being a Sufficient num
=ber of Jurors present as is now prescribed by Law
