absentee docket and the bond cancelled

Court, it is ordered that it be Entered up at this Term
of the Court Nunc protunc

The plaintiffs Counsel will take notice that
we will move the Court on arrest of Judgement in said
Case when judgement is Entered nunc protunc on the ground that
the judgement is illegal for that the Jury who tried the case
was not summoned or impannelled according to law

Take further notice that we will move the Court to Strike from
the Minutes of the full Term 1861 so as to annull the Judgement
Entered in Said case, it having been entered up by the Clerk in
vacation B & McL
