Alachua County } At a regular term of the Circuit
Court of the Suwannee Circuit of Florida this day to
wit on the 13th day of April AD 1863 began & held at
Gainesville for the County of Alachua
present his honor
James B. Dawkins Judge, Saml W. Burnett Sheriff and
S.P. Bevill Clerk There having been a failure
to Summon Jurors agreeably to law, it is ordered that
a venire facias be issued returnable immediately
Commanding the Sheriff to summons Twenty Jurors to
