An agreement of compromise entered into by Cooper & Arnow
Attornies for S.B. Thompson and Banks & McLeod Attornies for Wm
E. Josseline defendant in an attatchment Suit now pending in
Alachua Circuit Court
                   Banks & McLeod Attys for Josseline agree
to pay to the Spring term of Alachua County Circuit Court 1863 to Cooper &
Arnow Attys for S.B. Thompson One thousand dollars, and to pay all
Costs that have accrued in Said Case, and Cooper & Arnow Attys
for S.B. Thompson agreed upon the payment of said One thousand
dollars & the Costs in the Case by the term above Specified to dismiss
the said Attatchment Suit, and to release the said Josseline from
all claims and demands in consequence of the alleged violation
of a contract on which said Suit is based and Banks & McLeod
Attorneys for Wm E. Josseline agree to release S.B. Thompson from all
Claims and demands arising from any breach of Contract above
allowed to and it is further agreed that the bond of the plaintiff and the
Replevin Bond of the defendant, Shall in the dismissal of said
Suit be deemed & held to be null & void

The terms of the compromise having been completed with in all
respects it is agreed that this compromise be entered as the
Judgement of the Court together with this agreement

Ordered that John T. McIntosh be fined Twenty five dollars as
a defaulting Juror at the Fall Term of this Court 1862







It is ordered that all causes actions plaints, Suits, orders
motions & Recognizances pending in this Court and not otherwise
disposed of be Continued untill the next term of this Court
                       Ordered that the Court do now Stand
adjourned untill the next Term in Course
