                      Monday Oct 12th 1863

to discharge his duties as foreman as aforesaid who having
received his charge of the Court returned under charge of
Joseph Avera, who was duly Sworn as Bailiff if said Jury
for the Term to deliberate upon Such business as might be brought
before them
                 The Court then proceeded to call the
Criminal Docket no case being ready called the trial docket

Henry Rucker      }  And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attornies and the defendant Saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover on motion of Plaintiffs
attorney, It is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgment
against the defendant and that the Clerk do assess the dama
-ges Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
                             Dollars &
Cents, it is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from the defendant
the said Sum of                              dollars &
                          Cents for his damages together with his Cost in
this behalf expended taxed at                            dollars &
             cents and the defendant in Mercy &c

to recover, on motion of plaintiffs attorney, It is ordered
that the Plaintiff do have his Judgment against the
defendant and that the Clerk do assess the damages Judgement
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
     One hundred & Ninety             dollars & Twenty five
         Cents, it is ordered Considered & adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover off and from
the defendant the said sum of One hundred & Ninety
            dollars & Twenty five         cents for his
damages together with his Costs taxed at Eleven
            dollars & Thirty five         cents and the
    defendant in Mercy &c
